I have a wealth of experience gained through relevant qualifications and various training courses that support my practice. I will be running sessions for all age groups, including adults. My sessions will mainly focus on mental health and wellbeing, bushcraft activities, woodworking creativity with natural materials, fire starting, cooking over an open fire, building and creating activities, climbing, and much more. People of all abilities are welcome—no prior experience is necessary, just a desire to spend time in nature and the forest. I am passionate about offering anyone who feels they need it the opportunity to connect with nature.
